Space to think. Perspective to lead.

Reflective practice, supervision and coaching for lawyers and business leaders.

The Considered Partnership provides a confidential space for senior professionals to step back, think deeply, gain perspective and make more considered decisions.

Our Approach

Our work is based on a simple principle:

Better thinking leads to better decisions.

The Considered Partnership offers reflective practice and coaching to lawyers and business leaders who want to think more clearly about the challenges they face.

There is no prescribed formula. Together, we explore the situation, challenge assumptions, consider different perspectives and identify what you want to do next.

  • Think.

  • Consider.

  • Gain perspective.

Then act with greater clarity.

For Lawyers

A confidential space beyond the demands of practice.

Legal practice demands judgement, resilience and constant responsibility.

Whether you are considering partnership, navigating leadership, dealing with difficult relationships or thinking about what comes next, it can be valuable to have somewhere outside the organisation to think openly.

The Considered Partnership offers a confidential and independent space to explore:

  • Leadership and professional responsibility

  • Partnership and career decisions

  • Complex relationships and difficult conversations

  • Confidence, influence and authority

  • Transition and change

  • Pressure, resilience and sustainability

  • Questions where there is no obvious right answer

For Business Leaders

Somewhere to think when everyone else expects you to have the answer.

CEOs and senior leaders often have people around them who need direction, reassurance or decisions. There are fewer places where they can simply think out loud.

The Considered Partnership provides an independent, confidential thinking partnership for leaders navigating:

  • Complex or high-stakes decisions

  • Leadership transitions

  • Organisational change

  • Executive and stakeholder relationships

  • Purpose, values and direction

  • Performance and effectiveness

  • Uncertainty and competing priorities
